I grew up in Whitefish, MT. I graduated from Whitefish High School, then went on to attend Oregon Institute of Technology. I was drawn back to the beautiful Valley to be near my family, and I never want to leave for any real length of time again. I'm a pretty easy going guy, I like to relax at our cabin on the Thompson River. I enjoy fly fishing, hiking, skiing, and mountain bike riding when I can find the spare time. I started in the real estate business in 2005 and I enjoy my career completely. My first year was very good: I was awarded 'Top Listing Agent' as well as 'Top New Salesperson' and 'Rookie of the Year'! My second year was even more successful! I look forward to many more years at National Parks Realty. I like working with such a great group of realtors, we work well together, and have become a second family to each other. I especially enjoy seeing and meeting all of the locals that come into the office. If we haven't met yet, please stop in the office and get to know me, as well as the other agents at National Parks Realty. You'll discover that I'll do whatever it takes to GRD. As a fourth generation Montanan I am extremely proud to call the Flathead Valley home and feel lucky to raise 3 kids in such a wonderful area. Growing up in Whitefish I participated in nearly every sport and outdoor activity that northwest Montana has to offer. I went on to have a successful high school athletic career which led me to the University of Montana Western, and later the University of Great Falls, where I played football and basketball while I worked towards a Physical Education/History Degree. I have lived in a number of places and traveled extensively throughout my life but continue to call the Flathead Valley and Whitefish home because of the excellent people, wonderful recreational opportunities, and the overall quality of life that the Flathead offers. By a chance meeting with the original owner/operator in 2003 I was convinced to get into real estate and become the first Sales Agent for National Parks Realty. All these years later it is extremely rewarding to see National Parks Realty become a top selling agency and a company that gives back to the community. The early years in a start up company forced me to learn all aspects of the real estate industry. On-the-job training helped me gain knowledge that has enabled me to branch out and be successful with residential and commercial real estate along with project development and planning. My free time is mostly spent with the family these days. 3 kids keeps a guy busy. A major benefit to living in Northwest MT is that it doesn't take long to be on the ski slopes, golf courses, on the water or in the woods. All of which I enjoy. I take pride in the fact that I am a true local. I have vast knowledge of the Flathead Valley area and more importantly, an appreciation of the area's history. I think Montana is a special place because it is different, the mountains, the lakes, the towns, the people, and the pace of life. Change and growth are inevitable, but if we do it right we can hold on to the aspects of Montana which separates it from anywhere else in the world. I am proud to be in a profession which I can help mold that growth.

Born and raised in NY, Jen's first trip out West opened her eyes to a whole different way of life. She moved to Alaska and spent six years living outside of Denali National Park and working in the tourist industry. She came to the Flathead Valley over 20 years ago and knew instantly that she had found her home. Like so many people that have migrated to the Flathead Valley, Jen came here for a weekend and decided to stay indefinitely. The obvious beauty of the entire valley, from Flathead Lake in the south to Big Mountain in the north, is what captured her heart. This area has become her mountain playground. "It has instilled in me a great deal of pride being part of this very special mountain community." Jen finds great joy in calling the Flathead Valley her home and taking advantage of all of the numerous outdoor activities that this area has to offer. Skiing, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking and exploring Glacier Park are some of her favorites. "Nothing beats clean air, abundant fresh water and an extremely safe living environment." Jen believes that anyone who wants to own real estate in our valley should have the opportunity. So, if you are looking for a way into the real estate market or for your dream home, she would be pleased to give you a hand in fulfilling these aspirations. "My goal is to help you achieve your goals, invest in your future and enjoy life now."

"Where Dreams Come Home" (3 years experience) Specialties: Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, Community Pillar, Staging I love the Tobacco Valley and I always have. My great-grandparents homesteaded here. I was born here, my children grew up here and I have owned businesses here. I am rooted in this community and I am passionate about the people and the place. This is where I call home. Eureka is deemed "a little slice of heaven" and it is worth sharing! While I considered my next business venture, I heard people refer to me as "a walking billboard for Eureka". Reflecting on my passion for Eureka, the valuable experience I have in the building and design business, and my ownership of Café Jax, I decided real estate was for me. "Without leaps of imagination or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning." My family found the Flathead Valley in 2000, after residing in Colorado for the previous two decades. Colorado experienced unprecedented growth in those 20 years, and we yearned for a small town atmosphere with friendly folks and great natural beauty. We found all of that in Bigfork--a community with heart, brains, and beauty. It was a natural extension to share my passion for Montana by entering the Real Estate profession in 2001. In addition to my enthusiasm for the area, I was a mortage broker for over 10 years. Financing can often be a difficult topic for clients. My education along with my experience in the finance industry facilitates the home buying process. It is the sum total of my life experiences that will assist you in your real estate transactions while providing excellent service. Education: University of California, BA Psychology, Minor Philosophy Hobbies: Hiking, biking, reading, walking my Bernese Mountain Dogs and volunteering as a board member for the Bigfork Steering Committee and the Swan Lakers.

In a land far, far away (or 1,948.2 miles to be exact) a young lady was teaching at a local college while also working in real estate. A special client came in to town to find a rental house for graduate school, and the lady’s boss had her show the young man around town in hopes of finding a rental. After three separate trips into town to view properties, the young lad finally made a selection. Not only did he find a rental home, but he had also found his future wife. Is this a true story? You bet it is! My husband and I attended Texas A&M University, and are members of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of ’07 and ’05, respectively. We are both Texans, born and raised. We love mesquite-smoked bbq, tex-mex food, football, family and friends. We came to the Flathead Valley in fall of 2012. I spent my time volunteering with various organizations around the valley while we both settled in to our new environment. We were welcomed with handshakes, kind smiles, and hugs, and have found our transition from Texas to Montana to be easier than anticipated. When asked if I find Montana different from Texas, I respond that the biggest difference in my experience has been that Montana has 4 true seasons instead of just 2—Summer and Christmas—in Texas! I would love the opportunity to share this great community with you, and show you how easy it can be to transition to the Continental Divide.

I moved to Whitefish Montana after spending five years in the ski industry during college in Vermont and then in Breckenridge, Colorado. Familiar to the resort town way of life and wanting to chase sun and snow to the best possible area of the country, I was sold on Whitefish! I have been a year-round resident for eleven years and find that the area offers all and more in terms of putting down roots and starting a family. I have been involved in real estate sales for the past 8 years and started a property management company in Whitefish over six years ago. I focus primarily on residential and residential income producing properties because it is what I do and what I love. Whitefish real estate, even throughout the down times of late across the country, remains an attractive option to many because of extremely low prices compared to other resort areas around the country. While offering all the amenities of a world class resort; in town lake, ski mountain and National Park next door to name a few, the property prices are in a class all their own (take a look, if you find somewhere that does compare I would love to know)! These are all good reasons that caused me to move here and to buy my first house a few years back.

Stephanie possesses expert insight into the Flathead Valley lifestyle and local culture, specific neighborhoods, demographics, as well as a keen understanding of the construction quality of homes, both new and old. Having built and sold custom homes, Stephanie thoroughly understands permitting, construction, and legal processes and can help clients navigate these at both the local and state levels.
